Who We Are — Our Philosophy and Practice

We focus on identifying and treating the root causes of disease, not just the symptoms.

Many chronic diseases are classified as “idiopathic,” meaning their cause is considered unknown.

However, we understand the underlying causes of most of these conditions. Conventional medicine often overlooks the impact of environmental toxins, unhealthy lifestyle patterns, poor nutrition, and even medications that may contribute to illness.

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), dysbiosis, abdominal bloating, constipation, regulation of gastric acidity, gastroesophageal reflux…

Insulin resistance / diabetes.

Chronic hypertension.

Obesity and overweight / metabolic syndrome.

Autoimmune diseases, including Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, dermatitis, allergies, and many more…

Extensive experience in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism, with excellent outcomes in supporting thyroid gland regeneration and significantly reducing or, in some cases, eliminating the need for exogenous hormone therapy.

Degenerative and early-stage neurodegenerative diseases. Conditions such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s may be improved and, in some cases, reversed—even when already established. The primary limiting factor is achieving sustainable lifestyle changes, particularly in older patients.

A comprehensive review of insulin resistance, leaky gut, dysbiosis, hypocholesterolemia, vitamin D deficiency, chronic toxic burdens, nutritional deficiencies, adverse drug effects and interactions, and other contributing factors—followed by targeted correction through nutrition and fasting, with appropriate supplementation when needed.

A strength-training program tailored to each individual’s age and physical condition, along with structured sun exposure, sleep optimization, and emotional regulation.

Support through intermittent and extended fasting strategies to promote autophagy, regenerative processes, and beneficial metabolic adaptations—representing a first-line therapeutic tool in many chronic conditions.

Metabolic interventions capable, within a matter of months, of reversing chronic processes that have developed over decades.

A medical approach grounded in empathy, mutual trust, and a genuine therapeutic partnership.

We do not believe in practicing medicine without a close, warm, and human-centered approach to patient care.

Over recent decades, the doctor–patient relationship has become increasingly distorted. The traditional family physician—who would visit patients at home and care for them at their bedside—has gradually been replaced, at times, by a paternalistic model of care, and in some cases even by attitudes of superiority or detachment. As a result, essential elements such as trust and open communication have been diminished.

We advocate for a model of medicine that brings physicians and patients closer together. Modern technologies now make it possible to provide highly personalized care even across physical distance. Email, messaging services such as WhatsApp, telephone calls, and video consultations allow for continuous communication. Messaging, in particular, offers immediate support during moments of need. Emails are reviewed regularly throughout the day to ensure the fastest possible response. This enables real-time monitoring—especially important in therapies such as prolonged fasting and the refeeding phase that follows.

This approach allows us to build relationships grounded in proximity, empathy, and even friendship and genuine care. We consider these factors to be as important as—if not more important than—the therapies themselves in restoring health.

Without losing sight of the importance of the mind and spirit as modulators of physical health.

Changing one’s lifestyle to restore health can feel like an overwhelming challenge for some individuals.

Addiction to sugar, alcohol, excessive fruit consumption, ultra-processed foods, or a sedentary lifestyle can become significant barriers—sometimes generating anxiety and depression in certain patients.

Having effective tools for anxiety management, along with the support of a professional who can truly empathize with patients’ emotions and guide them toward emotional stability, is often essential to achieving lasting health balance.

Who We Are

It is not easy to build a team of professionals who are deeply committed and passionate about this renewed vision of medicine—which, in truth, is not entirely new. We hope to continue welcoming physicians who share the same sensitivity and patient-centered approach.

In many ways, we apply therapies from the pre-pharmaceutical era—approaches that were remarkably effective in the early 20th century and were later overshadowed by the rise of profit-driven pharmacological treatments.

At the same time, we do not renounce the most valuable advances of modern medicine, including state-of-the-art diagnostic methods and minimally invasive surgical techniques such as endovascular and laparoscopic procedures.

In this spirit, we INTEGRATE the best of traditional medicine with the latest medical technology whenever we believe a patient may benefit from it.
